Beautiful makes tools for putting something into the world — publishing a page, collecting answers, sharing a set of links, launching a thing you made. This policy covers Beautiful and everything in the family. If anything here is unclear, email us at hello@bybeautiful.co and a human will answer.

Beautiful is a family of products that share one account: Pages by Beautiful, Forms by Beautiful, Links by Beautiful, Launch by Beautiful, and later Email by Beautiful. One policy covers all of them, because one account does.

Today, Pages by Beautiful is the part you can actually use — it's what you make a page with, whether that page is a waitlist, a launch announcement, or a set of links. The rest aren't open yet. They're named here so that when one opens, it's already described rather than bolted on.

Makers, who sign in and publish things. And visitors, who arrive at something a maker published — and might leave an email, answer a question, or follow a link.

We wear a different hat for each. For makers, we decide how account data is handled. For visitors, we hold what you give a maker on that maker's behalf: it's their list, their answers, their audience. We keep it safe and we don't help ourselves to it.

• If you make an account: your email address (you sign in with a one-time code we email you, or with your Google account — no passwords either way), and whatever you build with it.
• If you leave your email on something someone published: that email, when you left it, and — if you arrived through a referral link — which link sent you.
• For everyone: basic, aggregated usage analytics via Vercel Analytics — page views and country-level location. Cookieless, and never tied to you personally.
• On published pages: counts. How many times a page was viewed and how many times its links were clicked, so the maker can see whether their page is working. Counts, not profiles — we don't build a record of an individual visitor.

We use your data to run the service: signing you in, hosting what you publish, storing what you collect, and sending the emails that make those work — your sign-in code, and the occasional note about your account. That's the whole list. We don't sell your data, we don't run ads, and we don't track you around the web.

Choosing “Sign in with Google” shares three things with us from your Google account: your name, your email address, and your profile photo. We use them for exactly one purpose — creating your account and signing you in. We never see your Google password, we can’t read or touch anything else in your Google account, and we don’t share this information with anyone. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We set only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. No advertising cookies and no trackers of our own, anywhere on Beautiful.

Makers can connect their own Google Analytics or Meta Pixel to a page they publish. When a maker does that, those scripts run on that page and the company behind them receives what it normally receives — which may include cookies and cross-site tracking. That is the maker's choice about the maker's page, made under their own privacy obligations, and it is outside what we control.

We think you should be told this plainly rather than discover it in a network tab. If you'd rather not be measured, the usual browser and extension defences work here exactly as they do everywhere else. On our own pages — this one, the homepage, your dashboard — there is nothing of the kind.

A few services help us run Beautiful, and your data passes through them only to do their job: Supabase (our database and sign-in), Vercel (hosting, and the aggregated analytics described above), Resend (delivers our email), and Google (only if you choose to sign in with your Google account). We share nothing with anyone else.

The maker owns that list and can export it. If you want off it, the fastest route is asking the maker — but you can always email us and we'll remove you ourselves.

Makers can export what they've collected as a CSV anytime, and delete anything they've made whenever they like. To delete your account and everything attached to it, email us and we'll take care of it. We keep data only as long as you're using the service.

Your data is encrypted in transit, and stored with Supabase’s security practices on top of our own. No system is perfect, but we treat your list the way we’d want ours treated.

Beautiful isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.

If we make meaningful changes, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means the new version applies.
